“Kelly is a positive person and she helps motivate me to work hard toward my weight loss goals. She is very knowledgeable about appropriate workouts for my body and also modifies exercises for me when needed. It was extremely important to me that I found a trainer who pushed me to work hard, but didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. So far I have lost a little over 40 pounds and my ultimate goal is 100.
