My name is Kelly Fugate, and I am an ACE certified personal trainer. I want to welcome you to my website and congratulate you on beginning your journey to a happier, healthier life.

My primary goal is to coach and guide my clients so they may reach their full potential and become the best possible version of themselves. I believe it is important to provide enthusiasm, knowledge, care, personalization, accountability and support to each and every one of my clients.

My passion is health and fitness, and I am dedicated to empowering, motivating and challenging my clients. I enjoy working with people of varying fitness levels and assisting them to adapt a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Whether you’ve already established a regular fitness routine, train for a specific fitness goal, are new to working out, or just getting into the swing of it again after a hiatus, I will be with you every step of the way to keep you energized and focused. And, if you’re curious, my clients range in age from 13-80, so I have experience managing fitness plans for all ages. 

My training credentials encompass many aspects of fitness including muscular strength/endurance, flexibility/functional training, and core stability. I have experience in training individuals with various health concerns such as obesity, arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and chronic back pain. I have also worked with pregnant women as well as individuals training for numerous running events. I am an avid runner and enjoy helping fellow runners achieve their performance goals. In addition to assisting with specific fitness goals, I offer nutrition counseling, and I am an AdvoCare nutrition and coaching specialist.
