30 DAY CHALLENGE

It’s all about push-ups and planks!

This 30 day challenge is geared for anyone looking to increase strength in your core and upper body! All it takes is a few minutes, or less, a day!

If you are a beginner, this program will allow you to gradually (and safely) increase your time holding a plank and slowly increase the number of push-ups you do each day! To complete a plank or push-up with correct form, check out: The 5 Most Underrated Exercises. Both exercises can be modified by lowering your knees to the floor while keeping form in your upper body.

For the intermediate or advanced, add this challenge to your cardio & strength program. These exercises can be done at the beginning or end of each workout!
