Partner Workout
Grab your workout buddy for this fun and challenging full body workout. All you need is your body weight and a medicine ball.
Plank + Hop Over
Partner 1 holds a forearm plank while partner 2 jumps or hops over partner 1. Complete 8-10 reps per partner.
Push-up + High Five
Partner 1 & 2 face each other and perform push-ups. Each time you press up give each other a high 5, alternating hands. Complete 12-20 reps.
Wall Sit + Sit Up Ball Toss
Partner 1 holds a wall sit while partner 2 completes a sit up, facing partner 1. Partner 2 holds a medicine ball, performs a sit up while tossing the ball to partner 1. Continue passing the ball back & forth. Complete for 30-60 seconds per partner.
Side Squat + Ball Toss
Both partners face each other, step to the side, complete a squat and toss the ball while in squat position. Continue stepping to the side and tossing the ball back & forth. Complete 12-15 reps, then switch directions.
Perform entire circuit 3-4 times for a complete workout!
